That was one of my favorite epsiodes of Heathcliff/Cats & Co." ;) Nice fanart of it. I like the character facial expressions in the corners.

I always liked how Riff Raff wore "Dr. Claw" gloves in that episode. (Not to mention Inspector Hector's familier outfit.) Heathcliff & Inspector Gadget were made around the same time, and by the same people so they were loaded with references to each show.
