Sorry this is late, had to get more information. This is the French theme to the Pacman cartoon. Apparently, from the late 70s to the mid-90s, almost every cartoon  that aired on TF1 and channels like it got a new opening. With a few exceptions, a lot of them suck.

The same thing happened in Italy and every channel owned by Mediaset. Though, this was the opposite. Almost every opening they was great. Here are two playlists contain most of them if you want to listen.
